General fair usage policy

SW1Xspace has the right to terminate any account we find to be in violation of these terms without notice.

We further warrent the right to update these terms at any time without notice.


Refunds

We do not offer a refund policy. It is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure that their renewals are set to expire or renew according to their preference.

In some circumstances we may discuss refunds in further detail at our discretion.


Use of the SW1Xspace address

Depending on your package, you may use the address to receive mail which will then be forwarded to an address you specify. Our most basic Virtual Office package does not include mail forwarding, and you cannot receive any mail other than official government mail, which you will be required to pick up from the office at a mutually convenient time during our office opening hours.


Use of the meeting room

You are permitted to use the meeting room and calendar if you have subscribed to the meeting room service. This service carries a monthly renewal rate as well as an hourly booking rate. The hourly rate must be paid in advance. You can view and purchase hours from your account page once the service is active on your account.

Physical office desk users can book without notice; everyone else must book a minimum of 3 days in advance.

Your meeting room hours can be recredited to your account if you cancel more than 2 days before the date of your meeting.
