I have been a tenant of SW1X Space with a desk here for some seven years now. I run a small legal practice and this has always been the perfect match for me. It really is a hidden gem here in Chelsea. I thought I would share some of the benefits for me:
1. Personal management of the office by a dedicated landlord;
2. Great location two minutes from Sloane Square Tube;
3. Excellent co-workers respectful of each other;
4. Excellent meeting room for clients.
I really can and do commend it to local consultants and businesses looking for a flexible but professional way of working. The fact that so many tenants have been at the property for many years speaks volumes.
